Why should I contact you before placing an order?
Because every product varies in shape, topology, and packaging details. Contacting me first allows me to review your references and provide a custom offer that fits your project perfectly.
What file formats will you provide?
I deliver high-resolution final renders in JPEG or PNG formats. For the Premium package, you will also receive the 3D source file (.blend) and the 360-degree MP4 animation loop.
What kind of references do I need to provide?
You can provide photos of the physical product, rough sketches with clear measurements, vector files for logos/labels (AI, PDF, PNG), or style references from your competitors.
What software do you use for modeling and rendering?
I use Blender for all 3D modeling, texturing, animation, and rendering. If you purchase the Technical Drawings extra, I use AutoCAD to draft the clean 2D layout planes.
What is included in a product project revision?
Revisions include tweaks to materials, colors, label placement, or studio lighting adjustments. They do not include remodeling a completely different product geometry once the initial 3D mesh has been approved.
Are 2D Technical Drawings or blueprints included by default?
No, the standard packages only include 3D visual models and renders. If you need clean 2D dimensional drawings in AutoCAD, you can add them manually as a Gig Extra before checkout.
