My main issue is the pricing tier says mockups included. I received none and order 20 labels. Also, being called sir over and over again correcting myself was a bit annoying. Lastly, I wouldn’t call this person a “designer” I don’t believe the pictures are his work.

You get what you paid for. The language barrier was definitely a challenge but overall not that bad. I just wouldn’t recommend using them. I hope they improve with more clients because they have potential.
