I will build a google sheets invoice generator that emails PDF invoices

About this gig
Your invoices, made and sent from your spreadsheet
If you copy order rows into an invoice template, save a PDF, and email it by hand, that whole job can run from your Google Sheet.
I build a Google Sheets invoice generator with Google Apps Script: pick the rows, click a menu button or set a schedule, and each row becomes a PDF invoice from your template, saved to Drive and emailed to the customer address in the Sheet. Built on a copy of your Sheet, tested on sample rows before delivery, with plain-English notes.
What you get:
- A custom menu in your Sheet: Create invoices for selected rows, or all unpaid rows
- PDF invoices from YOUR template: your logo, your fields, your numbering
- Automatic emailing to the customer address column, with your wording
- A status column marking each row invoiced with date + PDF link, so nothing sends twice
- Totals checked on test data: the numbers on the PDF match the Sheet
Honest expectations: they are generated from data already in your Sheet. This is not accounting software, it does not connect to your bank or QuickBooks/Xero, and I never need your passwords: you authorise the script once in your own Google account (2 minutes, guided).

FAQ
What do you need from me?
A copy/sample of your Sheet, your invoice template (or an example invoice), and which columns go where on the PDF.
Can it use my invoice numbering?
Yes — tell me the format (e.g. INV-2026-001, continuing from a number you give me).
Will it ever send the same invoice twice?
No — sent rows are marked with date + PDF link, and the generator skips marked rows.
Why do I have to authorise the script in my own Google account?
Google requires it: any Apps Script that sends email, creates PDFs in Drive, or runs on a schedule must be authorised by the account owner. It is a standard Google permission screen, takes about 2 minutes, and my delivery notes guide you click-by-click. It then runs only under your account.
What counts as a revision — and what doesn't?
A revision fixes anything agreed that doesn't work as described: a wrong field on the PDF, a trigger that doesn't fire, a wrong formula result on your sample data. New features, extra steps, or extra Sheets are not revisions; they need a custom extra or new order, always quoted first.
What is NOT included in this gig?
Not included: building a full custom CRM from scratch; work inside your live bank, accounting, payroll, or other sensitive accounts (I never need those logins); ongoing data entry or monitoring after delivery; guaranteed business outcomes; rush delivery unless agreed in a custom offer first.
What if it can't be built — for example my Google Workspace admin blocks scripts?
Then I won't fight you over it. If a Workspace admin policy blocks the script or a third-party service fails, I'll show you exactly what blocked it. We'll agree a workaround inside your package, or you can cancel for a refund of undelivered work. If the job doesn't fit, I'll say so before starting.
