Do you write the email copy?
No. This gig is strictly for the technical build and implementation of the automation logic. I expect you to provide the final, ready-to-use copy/content for every email. This focus allows me to deliver your automation quickly and affordably.
What information is needed to begin a project?
When you order this gig, you will be prompted for the following information: - Login credentials to your ActiveCampaign account - Process flow - description of how you expect the automation to work - Email copy and any media (images/video links) that is to be embedded in the emails
Do you know Wordpress and can you trigger an automation after the purchase of a product?

Will you schedule a Zoom call to discuss requirements?
For requirements, I prefer to use asynchronous video. I do not conduct live Zoom meetings to keep my rates competitive and my workflow efficient. If you need to explain complex requirements, recording a video using a tool like Loom is perfect, and I will gladly review it.
Do you only work with ActiveCampaign?
