Your site works fine on your laptop. On a three-year-old Android over mobile data it takes six seconds, the layout breaks between 380 and 420 pixels, and the visitor who was about to enquire has already left.

I fix that, and I measure it on a throttled phone rather than telling you it feels faster.

I find what is actually slow, in order of cost: usually unoptimised images, blocking fonts, a render-blocking script or a hero video. You get the list with numbers, not adjectives. I fix the responsive layout properly at every breakpoint, including the awkward ones between phone and tablet, instead of hiding broken blocks on mobile. Images get correct formats and sizes with lazy loading below the fold. Fonts get subsetting and preloading so text does not reflow. On Premium I also measure Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) before and after, with the numbers in a short report.
