Websites, Guest Guides and Rental Operations Tools
About this Gig
Know which properties are guest-ready and which tasks still need attention.
I build an Excel cleaning and rental operations tracker around your actual workflow, with clear inputs, useful summaries and a layout your team can follow.
CHOOSE YOUR WORKBOOK
Basic: 1 tracker, up to 3 properties and 100 rows.
Standard: up to 3 sheets, 10 properties and 300 rows, with filters and a task dashboard.
Premium: up to 5 sheets, 20 properties and 500 rows, with charts and handover notes.
Track arrivals, cleaning status, task owners, due dates and open issues. Every package includes an editable XLSX, fictional sample rows and instructions. Formula limits are 3, 6 or 10 distinct formula types.
My short-term rental operations experience informs the workflow. AI-assisted production is reviewed and key formulas are checked before delivery.
One agreed workflow and language; each revision is one consolidated change list. Manual entry or agreed file import only. No live Airbnb/PMS sync, macros, APIs or ongoing data entry.
Send your property count and an anonymised sample so we can confirm the right package.

FAQ
How are formulas and row limits counted?
Basic/Standard/Premium include up to 3/6/10 distinct formula types, repeated across up to 100/300/500 data rows in total. We agree the calculations before work starts. Sheet limits are 1/3/5; property limits are 3/10/20.
Does this connect to Airbnb or my PMS?
No. Standard packages use manual entry or an agreed file import. Live connections, macros and automatic synchronisation are not included. You receive an editable Excel XLSX workbook with instructions.
What should I provide, and what is a revision?
Provide anonymised sample columns, required statuses/calculations and your Excel version. Do not send guest names, contact details or access codes. A revision is a consolidated list of changes within the agreed workflow; new integrations or a different workflow need separate scope.
