Foreign qualification?
If you operate in another state, you may need a foreign LLC. That is an extra after we map nexus.
New Mexico / no-tax claims?
I file what the state allows. I do not sell “no tax forever” claims. Ask a CPA for tax advice.
How long does reinstatement take?
Depends on the state and unpaid fees. Document prep is fast; state approval is not instant.
Residents and non-residents?
Both. Non-residents must provide passport ID and a US registered agent.
