How are the on-site travel expenses calculated and processed? Will I be billed afterwards?
We use a "Fixed Flat-Rate Logistics Overhead" model (HSR/flight, lodging, per-diem + fees). Issued via Custom Offer. This travel contract must be approved and funded BEFORE I mobilize to the field. Fixed fee: no receipt auditing or hidden charges.
