Commercial Rights are required for business, office, studio or developer use. Broadcast Rights are required for any paid, promoted, or boosted advertising and streaming. National broadcast for use in more than 1 state.
The voice over will be used on YouTube, do I need to purchase Commercial Rights?
It depends: IF the channel is monetized, and the VO will be the main narrator for the video, then yes please. IF the VO will be used for advertising, then yes please. IF this is just a side character on a monetized channel, or just for your own personal channel, then no. Doubts? Message me.
The voice over will be used on social media, do I need to purchase Commercial Rights?
