A formula returns #N/A, a total is off by a few cents, a VLOOKUP breaks when you add a column, or you know what you want and cannot write it.
You get your formulas fixed or written, each explained in plain English:
- Lookups: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and #N/A or #REF! errors
- Sums and counts with conditions: SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, SUMPRODUCT
- Text, date and time formulas, nested IFs, and long formulas made shorter
- Data validation drop-downs and conditional formatting (Standard and up)
- A small workbook built from your description: budget, tracker, invoice, or grade book (Premium)
You get your file back as .xlsx with the changes marked, and each formula pasted as text with a plain-English explanation, so you can reuse it. Check it on your own numbers first.
An AI model does the first pass, and a person checks each delivery before it is sent. If you need it done without AI, message me before you order: I can't take those orders.

What do I get?
Your workbook back as .xlsx with the changes marked, every formula pasted as text, and a plain-English explanation of how each one works. One Formula and Sheet Fix repair what you send; Small Workbook builds from your description.
Do you work in Google Sheets?
Yes, for formulas. Download your sheet as .xlsx (File, Download) and attach it; I send formulas back as text to paste in. I can't take sheet links or edit access. Google-only functions like QUERY: I can write them, but I can't run them outside Google, and I'll say so.
What do I send?
The file with the problem (a copy with fake data is best), the cell that breaks, and what you expect it to return. Cut it down to the one sheet that matters. No macros, passwords, links, ID numbers like SSNs, card or bank details, or health, payroll, HR, or student records.
What counts as one formula?
One calculation, copied down a column as far as you need. Five different calculations make a Sheet Fix. If you're not sure, describe the problem in a message before you order and I'll tell you which package fits.
Will it work in my version of Excel?
I write for Excel 2019 and Microsoft 365 and test in a spreadsheet engine, not Excel; the delivery note lists what wasn't run. If a formula needs a newer function, such as XLOOKUP, FILTER, or LET, I say so and offer an older alternative where one exists.
Do you use AI?
Yes. An AI model does the first pass, and a person checks each delivery before it is sent. If you need it done without AI, message me before you order; I can't take those orders.
Who sees my file, and how long is it kept?
An AI model (Anthropic's Claude) reads it, on an account with 'Help improve Claude' off; Anthropic's terms still apply. A person checks each delivery. No one else gets it. I delete your file and my working copies 30 days after the order ends, sooner if you ask. Fiverr and Anthropic keep their own.
How long does it take?
One day for One Formula, three for Sheet Fix, four for Small Workbook, counted from when your file and the order form arrive. I don't offer rush delivery at the moment.
How do revisions work?
One Formula includes one revision; the others include two. Send all your changes together and request the revision on the order page within 3 days of delivery. A mistake of mine is fixed at no charge, so report it while the order is still open.
What isn't included?
Dashboards, pivot tables, charts, Power Query, macros and VBA (macro files aren't accepted), Google account access, and cleaning a large messy data file. I can't sign data processing agreements. Message me before you order if you need one of these.
