FAQ
Which files do I need to send?
Shopify Orders export (CSV), Stripe Payouts or Balance export, PayPal Activity download (CSV), and your bank statement for the same period (CSV, XLSX or PDF). I'll send you short click-by-click export steps after you order.
Do you need access to my Shopify, Stripe, PayPal or bank account?
No. I work only with the files you export and send here in Fiverr chat. No logins, staff accounts or passwords.
What if my numbers still don't match after reconciliation?
That's what the Differences sheet is for. Every unmatched amount is listed with its order or transaction ID and the likely reason (refund, chargeback, partial payment, currency). I never edit numbers to force a balance.
Do you do bookkeeping, tax returns or post entries to QuickBooks or Xero?
No. I deliver a reconciliation workbook only. You or your accountant can use it to post entries. I don't give tax or accounting advice.
My store uses another currency or has multiple payment apps. Can you help?
Yes for single-currency or clearly converted amounts in Shopify, Stripe and PayPal. Other gateways (e.g. Klarna, Afterpay) - message me first with a sample export so I can confirm before you order.
Why is Basic $25 with 1-day delivery?
Public Fiverr search for Shopify payout reconciliation clusters around a ~$30 starting median with 2–3 day delivery; we price just under that median and ship faster, for one channel vs your bank (up to 1 month / 500 transactions)—Excel matching only, not full bookkeeping.
