Is my file safe? What about confidentiality?
100% Safe. I work on an offline local server. Your files are never shared and are permanently deleted after delivery. 📄 Please read my "Confidentiality & Legal PDF" (scroll through the images above) for full details on my security protocols.
Can you fix ANY audio file? (Bad recording?)
I can drastically improve most files to Broadcast Standards. However, if the voice is completely covered by noise (0% data), miracles don't exist. ⚠️ Important: Please send me your file for a Free Diagnostic BEFORE ordering. I will tell you honestly if it can be saved.
Do you work on Court/Spy recordings?
No. As stated in my PDF, I specialize in Media Production (Podcasts, Audiobooks, Interviews). I DON'T process surveillance recordings or files intended for legal disputes. My workflow is optimized for broadcast quality and media standards (LUFS/ACX), not for forensic evidence.
I don’t want my files stored on Fiverr’s servers.
No problem. You can send files via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Once processed, they are delivered securely and then deleted from our systems.
Can you fix low-quality, echo/reverb or smartphone recordings?
Yes. I can drastically improve smartphone, Zoom, or social media audio for professional use. While background noise and echo can be significantly reduced, please note that heavy reverb can't always be 100% removed without affecting the voice quality. Send me your file for a Free Audit.
Can you isolate vocals from a song (stems)?
Sometimes. High‑quality, uncompressed WAV files give the best results. Overlapping sounds may limit accuracy.
Can you guarantee my audiobook is ACX‑ready?
Yes. I improve clarity, balance, and volume to strictly meet ACX specifications (LUFS, Peak, and Noise Floor). If your files are rejected by ACX specifically for these technical reasons, I will revise the mastering free of charge.
Can you improve podcast audio quality and normalize multiple voices?
Yes. I reduce background noise, echo, and harsh frequencies to ensure remote interviews sound clear and balanced. I carefully match loudness, tone, and EQ across all speakers so the listening experience is smooth and broadcast‑ready.
Can you prepare my podcast for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube?
Yes. I optimize loudness, clarity, and dynamics to meet streaming standards, ensuring your episodes sound polished everywhere.
