I create organised Rhino exterior models from your existing architectural design. I hold a Master of Architecture from USC and work across architectural design, parametric modelling and BIM.
All packages cover ONE simple rectilinear building, up to four elevations, with a flat or simple pitched roof. Both area AND geometry limits apply; see the scope FAQs. Deliverables: layered Rhino .3dm and 1/2/3 viewport screenshots for Basic/Standard/Premium. Please confirm Rhino version and units.
Grasshopper definitions, complex curves, irregular facades and larger projects require separate assessment and a custom quote. They are NOT included in the fixed packages.
No design development, interiors, structural engineering, permit/construction documents, Revit/BIM delivery, photorealistic rendering or fabrication certification.
Revisions are consolidated changes within the agreed drawings and scope. New design options or expanded scope require a separate quote. I work part-time in Shanghai, with delivery windows planned accordingly.

I am Yisheng, an architectural designer and BIM engineer with a Master of Architecture from the University of Southern California. I work with Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper to develop BIM models, parametric geometry and clear architectural drawings. What exactly is included in Basic?
One simple building: up to 200 sqm, 2 storeys and 5 main volumes. Exterior massing and roof only; no individual windows, doors, interiors or structure. Deliverables: layered .3dm and one viewport screenshot.
What exactly is included in Standard?
One simple building: up to 500 sqm, 3 storeys and 10 main volumes. Exterior walls and roof, up to 30 openings using up to 3 repeated door/window types. No facade panels or landscaping. Deliverables: .3dm and two viewport screenshots.
What exactly is included in Premium?
One simple building: up to 1000 sqm, 4 storeys and 15 main volumes. Up to 60 openings/5 repeated types, plus 3 agreed simple detail types such as parapets, canopies or balconies. No roof trusses, full curtain-wall assemblies or fabrication details. Includes .3dm and three viewport screenshots.
Are Grasshopper or curved buildings included?
No. Area is only one workload limit. Grasshopper definitions, automation, complex curves, irregular facades and roof systems require review and a separate custom quote. Fixed packages cover rectilinear forms with a flat or simple pitched roof.
What counts as one revision?
One consolidated list of changes within the agreed drawings and geometry limits. Redesign, new options, extra buildings or new deliverable types are outside scope and require a separate quote.
What files and drawings do you need?
Dimensioned plans, up to four elevations, and enough sections/roof information to resolve the geometry. Confirm units, target Rhino version and intended use. Incomplete sketches or photos need review and a custom scope; I do not invent missing design decisions.
Do you include renders or engineering documents?
No photorealistic renders, interiors, structural engineering, permit/construction drawings or certified fabrication files. Viewport screenshots show the model geometry only. Only share reference material you are authorised to provide.
Does the gallery example show the package scope?
The gallery is a portfolio example from a team tender proposal, showing Rhino/Grasshopper roof studies. It does not represent a fixed-package deliverable. Complex curved roofs, structural studies and advanced Grasshopper work require separate review and quotation; rendering is not included.
