What is a manuscript diagnostic? How is it different from copyediting?
A manuscript diagnostic is a big-picture review of your story's foundation, focusing on elements like structure, pacing, premise, and character arcs. Unlike copyediting, it does not include sentence-level corrections for grammar or punctuation. Think of it as a strategic roadmap for your revisions.
What are your delivery times? Is the $199 Basic package always available?
The standard delivery time is 14-21 days for the Basic package. Because this comprehensive service is offered at a special introductory price, I may limit the number of orders I accept at one time to ensure every manuscript gets the full attention it deserves. Please message me before ordering.
What genres do you work with?
I specialize in helping authors of self-help, fantasy, and suspense and have deep expertise in the unique demands of these genres. At this time, I am not the best fit for poetry, erotica, or academic texts. If you're unsure, just send me a message with your book's details, and we can chat.
What file format and formatting should I use for my manuscript?
To get started, please submit your manuscript as a Microsoft Word file (.docx).
