Once you order the gig, we'll coordinate the shipment of your inventory to our warehouse in León, Guanajuato. As soon as your products arrive and are checked in, we start fulfilling every order that comes in for 7 consecutive days — picking, packing, labeling, and shipping to your customers.
What sales channels do you support?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Mercado Libre, Amazon MX, and more. If you're not on any platform, you can send orders via CSV or manually — we'll handle the rest either way.
What are the shipping times?
Same-day delivery within León, Guanajuato, and next-day delivery to anywhere else in Mexico. We work with multiple local carriers and always route each shipment through the fastest and most cost-effective option for that destination.
Do you operate on weekends and holidays?
Yes — 365 days a year, no exceptions. Most fulfillment operations in Mexico shut down on weekends, which means your customers wait until Monday. We process and ship every day, so your buyers never experience that delay.
Can I use my own branded packaging or include custom inserts?
