Q: What kind of data can you analyze?
A: Any structured data you can export: sales, customers, operations, finance, marketing, HR, or internal reports. Files accepted: Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, SQL exports, SAP reports, or API data. If you can send it in rows and columns, I can work with it.
Q: Do I need to clean my data before sending it?
A: No. Send it as-is — messy data is normal. Data cleaning and normalization are included in every package. In fact, cleaning often reveals the most valuable insights.
Q: How do you keep my data confidential?
A: Your data stays private. I sign NDAs on request, work with anonymized data when preferred, and never share or reuse client information. Files are deleted after delivery unless you ask me to keep them for follow-ups.
Q: What if I don't know what to analyze?
A: That's common — and it's part of my job. Send me your data and a general goal (e.g., "understand why sales dropped" or "know which customers are most profitable"). I'll identify the right questions and build the analysis around them.
Q: Can I get a dashboard instead of a written report?
A: Yes. The Premium package includes an interactive Power BI dashboard. If you want a dashboard on Basic or Standard, message me and I'll send a custom offer. Dashboards take longer to build but give you an ongoing tool, not just a one-time report.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Basic: 3 days. Standard: 7 days. Premium: 12 days. If you need it faster, choose the 48-hour fast delivery gig extra at checkout.
Q: What if the analysis doesn't answer my question?
A: Revisions are included in every package. If the first version misses the mark, I rework it based on your feedback. For structural changes to the scope, I'll send a custom offer for the additional work.
