1. What files do I need to provide to start the order?
ou need to provide the 360° panoramic images in Equirectangular format (JPG or TIFF). If you have separate raw photos that need stitching (combining into a panorama), please contact me before ordering, as this requires a custom offer.
2. How do I host the Virtual Tour? Do I need a subscription?
Unlike Matterport, 3D Vista tours do not require a monthly subscription. I will deliver a package of HTML5 files. You can upload these files directly to your own website hosting/server, and the tour will live there forever with no recurring fees.
3. Can you add my company logo and colors?
Yes! One of the biggest advantages of 3D Vista is complete brand customization. I can design the menu, buttons, and loading screen to match your exact brand identity (Logo, Fonts, and Colors). This is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
4. Is the tour compatible with Mobile and VR Headsets?
Absolutely. The tour is 100% responsive and works smoothly on Desktop, Tablets, and Smartphones (iOS & Android). It is also compatible with VR headsets like Oculus Quest for a fully immersive experience.
Can you embed videos or floor plans inside the tour?
