What is your revision policy?
If I make a mistake on pronunciation or mispronounce a word, I will correct it quickly and free of charge. If you change the script or modify it in any way, that will be an extra cost.
What is a revision?
A revision is 25 to 30 words completely redoing the script will require the purchase of an additional gig.
What are broadcast rights?
Full broadcast rights are when the voice over will be used in paid broadcasting channels, like Radio, TV and Internet.
What are commercial rights?
Commercial rights are when the voice over will for promoting your product or service in non-paid marketing channels.
What is the super fast gig option?
This is a gig extra and sends your order to the front of the line. Customers who purchased this gig add on will usually get their file within 12 to 14 hours.
What format do you deliver the final product?
You final file can be delivered as high quality WAV file. For no extra charge I can also deliver a MP3 file.
