FAQ
Do I need Spectora or other software for online booking?
No. If your software gives you an embed code, like Spectora or HomeGauge, I place the scheduler on your site so bookings land in your system. If you don’t use any, Basic gets a booking request form that emails you.
Can you show my license number, insurance, and memberships?
Yes. You send the details and I place them where visitors see them first. Rules differ by state, so check with your licensing board for what must appear. I don’t give legal advice.
How does the sample report section work?
You send a sample report as a PDF. Remove client names and addresses first. I add a section where visitors can view it, with a short note on what the report includes. It’s the fastest way to show buyers why you cost what you do.
Can you build pages for my service areas and inspection types?
Yes, on Premium: up to 3 service area pages, plus pages for services like radon or sewer scope. Standard puts your services on one Services page. Send me the cities you cover, and I’ll write each page for your area, never copied from another site.
I already have a site. Will a redesign hurt my Google ranking?
Not if I keep your page URLs, titles, and main headings where they matter. On Premium I also link your Google Business Profile. I can’t promise rankings, but I won’t break what’s already working.
Do I own the site, or do I pay you monthly?
You own it. It’s a one-time fee, and the license, hosting, and domain stay in your name. Some inspection software and agencies charge a yearly or monthly fee for a site, and you pay nothing to me after delivery.
