What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Please let me know about any injuries or limitations in the intake form. I will work around them by selecting alternative exercises that keep you safe while still helping you reach your goals.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Once you place an order, you'll receive a questionnaire asking for your current fitness level, specific goals, available equipment, and your available time. The more detail you provide, the better I can customize your plan.
Do you offer form correction or video feedback?
Yes, you can send me a video of your movement, and I will provide specific, actionable feedback to ensure you are training safely and effectively.
