BASIC: 45-min call and 1-2 page decision note. Review of 1 document, up to 10 pages.
STANDARD: 60-min call and 3-5 page action plan with goals, milestones, risks and proposed owners. Up to 3 documents, 30 pages total.
PREMIUM: Two 60-min calls, a 6-10 page 90-day roadmap and editable action tracker. Up to 5 documents, 50 pages total; up to 5 workstreams.
Each package covers one organization and one initiative. Revisions cover the agreed scope. Ongoing management, technical implementation and extra initiatives are scoped separately.

How will our consultation session take place?
The consultation will be conducted online via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, depending on your preference. Before the session, I'll review the information you provide so we can focus on practical solutions from the very beginning
Which package is right for my project?
Basic addresses one focused decision in a 45-minute call and written note. Standard adds a 60-minute call and action plan. Premium includes two 60-minute calls, a 90-day roadmap and action tracker. Each covers one organization and one initiative.
What happens after the consultation call?
You receive a written decision note with Basic, an action plan with Standard, or a 90-day roadmap and editable tracker with Premium. Findings and recommendations are tailored to the agreed initiative, with practical next steps for your team.
Can you help with ongoing projects?
Yes. I can review ongoing projects, identify risks, suggest improvements, and help you overcome delivery challenges at any stage of the project lifecycle.
Do you sign NDAs or keep information confidential?
Absolutely. All information shared during our consultation is treated as confidential. I am also happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.
Will you be available for post-project support or follow-up consultations?
Yes. Follow-up consultations and additional support can be arranged through a separate custom offer, depending on your needs and my availability.
