What information do you need to get started?
I need Shopify collaborator or staff access, your product information, product images, and any instructions for variants, tags, collections, or formatting. Please provide all required materials through the Fiverr order page.
Do you provide product descriptions, images, or product data?
No. Product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and other product data must be provided by you. This Gig focuses on uploading, formatting, and organizing your Shopify catalog.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for up to 5 simple products, Standard for up to 15 products with variants, tags, and collections, or Premium for up to 30 products with catalog organization and updates to existing listings.
Can you upload products with variants?
Yes. I can upload products with options such as size, color, style, or quantity. Please choose the Standard or Premium package and provide complete variant information.
Can you update products already listed in my store?
Yes. Updates to existing product listings are included in the Premium package. Please explain which information needs to be corrected or reorganized before placing your order.
Should I give you my Shopify password?
No. Please never share your personal password. You can provide secure access by adding me as a Shopify collaborator or staff member with only the permissions required for the order.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers corrections to products included in the original order. Uploading new products, replacing the supplied product data, or adding new requirements may require an additional order.
