I'll find the cause (domain, DNS, hosting, certificate or a broken file), fix it, and explain in plain words what happened. You get a diagnosis with a short written explanation, the fix applied (DNS and www setup, SSL certificate, redirects, broken Google Business Profile link), and a final check on phone and desktop.
If something can't be fixed without rebuilding, I'll tell you before you pay for anything else. No fix, no fee.

What access do you need?
Usually a login to your domain registrar or hosting panel (for example OVH, GoDaddy or IONOS). I'll tell you exactly which one before starting, and you can change the password when I'm done.
What if the problem can't be fixed?
If it needs a rebuild rather than a fix, I'll explain why in writing and we cancel the order, so you don't pay for the fix.
