I turn invoices, receipts and PDFs (digital, scanned or phone photos) into clean Excel or CSV, and I tell you which rows need a second look. I come from industrial quality control, so every file is checked: totals vs VAT, tax-ID check digits, line items, duplicates. Anything doubtful is flagged with the reason instead of slipping through. Tested on 713 real receipt photos: 53% passed every check with 95% accuracy on totals, VAT, dates and tax IDs; the rest were flagged for review.
