Do you type the data by hand?
AI reads the documents, then every file goes through accounting checks. I personally verify every flagged row against the original before delivery.
How accurate is it?
It depends on document quality. Clean PDFs are near-perfect; faded phone photos are harder. That's why doubtful rows are flagged with a reason instead of guessed.
Can you handle scans and phone photos?
Yes. My 713-document accuracy test used real phone photos of receipts and invoices, many on faded thermal paper.
Is my data safe?
I'll tell you which AI service processes your files, I don't keep copies after delivery, and we can start with anonymised samples if you prefer.
