Can I still contact you after my store is done?
YES! E-commerce is a journey. There will be challenges along the way but I provide lifetime support to you answering your questions as and when you need!
What are your requirements to start the project?
Once you order a gig, you will have to fill out an order requirements form. Everything will be mentioned in detail over there. For a visually appealing website High quality campaign images are very important. Please make sure you have all the images ready to start the project.
How do I provide product information and product images?
You can share files through the order chat on Fiverr or heavy files can be shared through – wetransfer/drobox/google drive).
Are you a code developer?
I am NOT a code developer. I design/ redesign stores using themes available on the Shopify Theme Store. My experience with code extends to being able to make small edits to the HTML & CSS files of a select theme. If you're after the creation of a custom theme, I'm not the right fit for you!
Do I have to pay the cost of the premium theme?
If you would like to have a premium theme instead of the free theme available on shopify, you can place an order on the extra gig and I will purchase the theme and license it for you!
