Do I need to provide the illustration for book cover?
If you choose the Basic or Standard package you need to provide an illustration. In the Premium package, I will create an illustration for you.
Which information I need to provide you when I ordering the gig?

Can you put the text on illustrations?
Yes! That is the formatting process. I have another gig for that service. I charge $100 for complete formatting of the book for KDP and Kindle.
Could you provide me a special quote for the whole book?
$400 for 10 to 12 illustrations $60 for Book Cover $100 for formatting.
Can I have the source files? What are those?
You get PSD file with layers as a source file in the premium package.
