Do I need my own API key?
Yes. You create an OpenAI or Groq account and add the key yourself in a secure settings file or your hosting panel. You pay the provider directly, usually a few dollars a month for a small site.
Will the chatbot give wrong answers?
It is instructed to answer only from your information and to say "I don't know" otherwise. AI can still make mistakes, so I test it with your real questions before delivery.
Does it work on WordPress, Wix or Shopify?
Yes, for most sites I add it with a small script embed. The secure API part runs on a small server function, which I set up and explain.
Where are the leads saved?
In a simple database or Google Sheet that you own. Email notifications are available as an extra.
Is there a monthly fee to you?
No. You pay once for the package you order. The only ongoing cost is your own AI provider bill.
