What is Google Tag Manager and why do I need it?
It is a free Google tool that holds all your marketing tags in one place. Once installed, you can add or change tracking without touching your website code or waiting on a developer, and every change can be tested before it goes live.
I already have GTM but it is a mess. Can you clean it up?
Yes. I audit the container, remove duplicate and dead tags, rename everything to a clear structure, fix broken triggers, and give you a short document explaining what each tag does.
Will GTM slow down my website?
No. GTM loads asynchronously and usually improves speed, because I remove the hard coded scripts scattered across your theme and load them through one container instead.
Does this include GA4 and Google Ads tracking?
Yes. GA4 configuration and event tags are included in every package. Google Ads conversion tags and Meta Pixel are included from the Standard package upward.
Do you need access to my website?
I need admin or editor access to install the container, plus access to your Google Tag Manager account. You can add me as a user instead of sharing a password, or I can send you the snippet to paste.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website URL and platform, GTM access or permission to create an account, and a list of the actions you want tracked, for example purchases, form submits, calls or button clicks.
