I will debug and fix your salesforce agentforce agent
Salesforce Certified Administrator Certified Agentforce Specialist
About this Gig
If your Agentforce agent is live but not behaving as expected, the issue may not be with the agent itself.
Incorrect answers, missing records, unexpected refusals, or poor escalation behavior can often be traced back to the Salesforce environment supporting it.
WHERE I LOOK FIRST
- User permissions that may prevent the agent from accessing the records it needs
- Duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent data that can affect the quality of its responses
- Topics that are too broad or overlapping, causing requests to be routed incorrectly
- Grounding sources that may no longer reflect the most current information
- Actions blocked by validation rules, permissions, or other configuration dependencies
These issues sit at the intersection of Salesforce administration and Agentforce configuration.
I am a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Agentforce Specialist, so I can review both the agent behavior and the underlying Salesforce setup that supports it.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Send me a few examples of conversations where the agent behaved incorrectly.
I can review them and help identify the most likely source of the issue before we decide on the next step.

Will my team be able to maintain this after you finish?
Yes. I build with long-term usability in mind, and every project includes written documentation explaining what was configured, how it works, and any important considerations for maintaining it.
Can you work with our data if it is a mess?
In most cases, yes. I can review a sample of your data first and let you know whether it is ready to work with or if some cleanup would be helpful before we begin. Send me a sample file and an approximate record count, and I can take a look.
How will you access our Salesforce org?
The recommended approach is to create a dedicated Salesforce user with only the permissions required for the project. For diagnostic work, that may be read-only access. If changes are required, the appropriate permissions can be added for that work. I will never ask you to share your personal Salesf
