Importing data into Salesforce can look straightforward, but a successful migration depends on getting the details right. Incorrect field mapping, broken relationships, or duplicate records can quickly create extra cleanup work.

HOW I WORK

I prepare a field mapping document so you can review where the data will go before anything is imported.
I check for potential duplicates against the records already in your Salesforce org.
When possible, I run a test import in a sandbox and validate record counts and key fields.
I complete the production import and review any errors or rejected records.
I provide a short written summary of what was imported, including any issues or exceptions identified along the way.
