About this Gig

A messy data import can break relationships and corrupt your entire CRM. I ensure your data migration is structured, transparent, and thoroughly tested before touching your live environment.

WHAT I IMPORT: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases, and Custom Objects from CSV, Excel, or legacy exports, keeping lookups and parent-child relationships intact.

HOW I WORK:

Field Mapping Document: You review and approve exactly where every column lands before anything is loaded.
Duplicate Check: I cross-reference incoming data against existing records in your org.
Sandbox Test Load: I run a test migration in a sandbox to verify record counts and relationships.
Production Load & Log: The final import is executed, errors are reviewed line by line, and you receive a summary report.

MESSAGE ME BEFORE ORDERING: Send a sample of your file and your approximate record count so I can verify your data format first.
