I test physical and digital products and send honest written feedback on the full experience: first impression, packaging, setup, daily use, and anything frustrating or confusing.

I have quadriplegia and use assistive technology every day. That means I notice what able-bodied testers miss: packaging that is hard to open, buttons that need too much force, instructions that assume two hands. If it works for me, it works for almost everyone.

What you get: a written feedback report covering usability and user experience, specific suggestions to improve the product, and photos where useful.
