What do I need to provide to get a roof estimated by you?
We would typically need photos and a roof measurement report, such as an Eagleview, Roofr, GAF or equivalent. Please also provide the insurance company's estimate if available.
How will my estimate look or what will it include?
Based on the scope, you will receive a detailed line by line estimate that breaks down the cost of labor, material and equipment used to rebuild the structure(s) in PDF format.
How do you pull line item pricing for different states or regions?
We use Xactimate, which provides a pricing database for labor & material using the zip code of where the property is located to ensure accurate pricing.
Can you negotiate and settle with the insurance company on our behalf?
We do not make any contact, discuss or negotiate claims with the insurance company. We are an estimating firm that do our best to generate a comprehensive & justifiable estimate so that you can present to the adjusters in resolving claims.
What is One Click Code?
One click code is a 3rd party company that pulls roofing building codes such as Ice & water or drip edge for properties in any region if available.
