What access do you need?
Usually a temporary WordPress admin user, and sometimes hosting panel (cPanel/Plesk) or FTP access. I'll guide you step by step and you can remove the access when we finish.
What if you can't fix my issue?
I always review the problem before you order. If after starting the issue turns out to be outside the scope (for example, a bug inside a paid plugin), I'll explain what I found and we can cancel or adjust the order. Your site is backed up before any change.
