What software did you use?

How did you achieve the screen replacement?
I used a combination of planar tracking (Mocha/Nuke) and manual roto to isolate the screen. Then I composited the animated screen content in place, matching reflections and motion blur for realism.
How is the 3D transition done?
As the camera zooms in, I used a matchmove camera and animated the transition inside Blender. The live-action cut blends into a 3D environment, giving a smooth, cinematic look as the viewer "enters" the screen.
