Adding only 4 additional sheets to the subfloor will quickly cost you $100-200. Which is why paying a premium price for a detailed lumber takeoff, essentially pays for itself.

What to expect from my delivery:

Majority of the sellers here on Fiverr will send you a massive excel sheets were all materials are calculated together and you might have to spend hours to add things together and figuring out your lumber order. I am different. What I do instead is I send you the massive file almost no one looks at AND I sent you a cut list were I provide you with all the important information. The sill plate is not 400 LF.
