I will audit your website for usability issues
About this Gig
Find the confusing links and usability friction that make visitors lose their way.
I will review your public business website in a desktop browser and deliver a clear, prioritized PDF audit.
Your report includes:
- Pages and visitor journeys inspected
- Verified findings with severity and exact URLs
- Reproduction steps and annotated screenshots
- Practical recommendations and a final QA checklist
Basic: up to 5 pages and 1 journey.
Standard: up to 10 pages and 3 journeys.
Premium: up to 15 pages and 5 journeys, plus one retest of up to 5 reported issues requested within 14 days.
Testing covers navigation, safe public controls, content consistency and usability. No login, form submissions, purchases, code fixes, mobile testing, security testing or formal accessibility certification.
AI tools assist research and reporting; findings are checked against live page behavior. No minimum bug count or conversion increase is promised. The gallery sample is an anonymized independent demonstration.

FAQ
What websites and devices do you test?
Public business websites in one desktop Chrome browser on Linux. Mobile, other browsers and authenticated areas are not included. Each page means one agreed public URL. A journey is one visitor goal across the included pages.
Will you fix the issues you find?
This service delivers an audit and recommendations, not code changes or redesign. Findings explain the observed behavior, impact and a practical fix so you or your developer can act.
How many issues will you find?
There is no guaranteed bug count. I report reproducible issues and useful observations, remove duplicates, and include strengths. A small accurate report is more useful than an inflated list.
What does a revision or Premium retest cover?
One revision covers report corrections or clarification within the original scope. Premium also includes one retest of up to 5 reported issues, requested within 14 days of delivery. New pages, journeys and redesign reviews require separate scope.
Do you submit forms or test checkout?
No. Public forms and links are inspected without entering personal information or submitting. I do not create accounts, send messages, make reservations, place orders or conduct security testing.
Is the sample from a real client project?
It comes from a real independent public-site audit, not commissioned client work. The sample removes business identifiers and uses original illustrative diagrams instead of website screenshots. No implementation or business outcome is claimed.
