Your new HRIS implementation managed in a way which best suits your company. Three different tiers: Tier 1 - Project control, you already have a team running the implementation but you need someone to ensure the project is on track, 1 day per week. Tier 2 - Full project management, you need someone to manage the whole implementation project, 5 days per week. Tier 3 - Full ownership of the implementation from start to finish, including data cleansing, transfer, and process optimisation, 5 days per week. All packages are on a monthly basis until project completion.
