I will potentially rehearse and record your song
About this gig
(Generally for songs that I have written.) This gives one the option to have their songs recorded by me at a greater quality than the demonstrations which I may regularly provide. There are three tier options, from that which creates a song ready for presenting to a band or label to one that makes music ready to release. I intend to spend two, four, and six hours on each edition, respectively, and offer one revision by default. For those who do not have a song written by me (it is rare that I prefer this circumstance), welcome, and the process is fairly self-explanatory.

FAQ
How fast do you respond?
Typically, I may be available around five to ten times per week. During these periods, I may be more responsive, and it is then that I may be able to answer your questions more quickly and briefly converse with you, if you can.
How do I know you are going to do a good job?
I really enjoy this and have a passion for my craft. Each work that I make impacts my ability, too, so the quality that I output affects what I may make in the future. Not to mention, I really enjoy helping people and have been in the customer service industry for over ten years.
How can I help you?
Be very detailed in describing what you want. Depending on your experience, our vocabularies can differ, so the most in-depth explanations possible help me understand that better despite our potential differences in the subject. It is better to say more than less. The same is true for any revisions.
Which genres do you focus on?
For my own career, I exclusively record religious songs for the Christian faith. These are mostly on acoustic guitar and include blues, alternative, folk, and pop, with slight deviations into hip hop, indie, and rock. Alternative is my preference.
How does your recording process work?
Typically, I rehearse for a considerable amount of time, set up my equipment, and then record several takes of the guitar and vocals with two microphones, later returning to the stems and editing them to account for any errors after I've selected which takes or portions are best. Finally, exporting!
Which instruments do you record with?
Unless requested otherwise, I offer songs on acoustic guitar with voice. I am a baritone with a relatively wide range, a lot of power, and a nice falsetto, and I can substitute piano, ukulele, drums, and bass. By default I record one instrument accompanying the vocals.
Can you perform only one part of a composite?
Yes, however, this will likely not happen since I prefer to record only songs for those I have written them for. However, it is possible that one of my songs may be better sung/played by another musician, so in that case I would be happy to contribute a part to it.
Do you offer effects?
There is little that I certainly will not do, but I prefer using few because it is another's specialty. I am happy to record good vocals that others may edit and use, but I intend to add minimal additional elements save those that may be common, like compression, reverberation, or pitch correction.
Do you produce music?
I do, but through this gig, and generally speaking, I do not, because it is not my focus versus writing the songs on guitar with voice. I am happy to learn about what you envision for the song's completion, however, as it might aid me in recording.
Can you add additional instruments?
I can; however, my specialty is related to writing the song. Therefore, doing so would likely be better accomplished by someone who specializes in that specifically on Fiverr.
