Before scheduling, check the Google Calendar link provided after purchase to view current availability.
To schedule your session, please provide:
- The name you would like to be called
- Your preferred date and time (EST)
- Your Discord username
- Your Epic Games display name (IGN)
Please schedule at least 2-3 days in advance whenever possible. Depending on purchased date Minimum.
- Coaching sessions are conducted through Discord. Please ensure you have a Discord account and the latest version of the app installed. Depending on the session, coaching may include voice chat, screen sharing, server invitations, and links to guides or learning materials.
For privacy, if the schedule is publicly viewable, please avoid using your legal name unless you are comfortable sharing it.

How will I see the schedule?
Once you've purchased a tier I (Etherealghxst) Will DM you with the google calendar link.
Where will my services be conducted?
Via discord. You will receive a link for my server invite as well. You may be prompted with a server request for everyone's safety to verify you are not a bot. So please be patient!
What happens if I or Ethereal has a real world event that conflicts with our scheduled session?
If (YOU) #1. Reach out to me directly, we can set a specific time/date to reschedule and give a brief description on why you are unable too attend. If (Ethereal) Same #1. I Will give you a brief description on why I cannot. If no set resolution is made. I will offer a partial or full refund.
How do I contact Ethereal for important events or support?
I ethereal can be reached in two ways. Via: Email or Discord-Server ticketing inside of server or directly.
What if I am issues occur during my scheduled session?
If technical issues or scheduling conflicts prevent a session from being completed, a partial refund may be offered at my discretion based on the portion of the service already delivered.
What if I purchased 2 packs by accident?
Reach out to me for the support along with proof of transaction. After the session is complete I will go ahead and Refund the 2nd one in full.
If I want to rate my services outside of fiverr how can I do so?
I will gladly take the comment, and you're proffered rating and share it via discord, or you can head to my socials and leave a comment on any of my service related posts!
What if I choose to cancel?
Please ensure you contact me ASAP and verify you do not want the services. Refund will be given once received.
