Collaboration:

  1. Provide full lighting, power, load calculations, fixture schedule, energy compliance certificate and required details for a full set of construction drawings.
  2. Mechanical and Plumbing can be provided at additional cost.
  3. Can price project based on square feet based on industry if required.

Client Provided

  1. AutoCAD (DWG) Architectural Floor Plan.
  2. Existing Electrical, Water, Sewer, and Gas services, via email or photo.
  3. Lighting Fixtures, special equipment specifications, and layout of phone/data/CCTV/Fire Alarm/Special System Requirements.
  4. Professional Engineering to certify, if required.

Prices

  1. Prices are based for residential and light commercial only project.
  2. Quote will be provided based on industry and complexity of projects, a floor plan will have to be provided.
  3. All plans are NOT signed and sealed by a Professional Engineering; this service can be provided based on state.
