About this gig

I build custom AI assistants and chatbots grounded in your business's own documents and data via RAG, not a generic wrapper on a base model.


Background: I run Etzira Consulting, an agentic-services practice building client-owned AI for small businesses; live at etziraconsulting.com. That platform is multi-tenant (TypeScript/Next.js), with tenants defined as JSON configs, a compliance core (TCPA/PEWC where relevant), and a QA gate before anything goes live. I also spent 8 years in clinical documentation before AI, so I'm comfortable in regulated, detail-heavy domains.


What I build: a chatbot or assistant grounded in your documents, FAQs, policies, or product data (pgvector/FAISS embeddings, retrieval grounding, so answers cite your material instead of guessing), with tool calls where useful (booking, lookups, CRM actions) and a human-in-the-loop gate for anything sensitive.


Stack: Python or TypeScript/Next.js, Postgres/SQLite, Docker, Claude/GPT/open-weight models.
