I can provide proofreading and formatting services for your documents. Translation and localization (English<>French) if necessary. I have 21+ years experience working as a Technical Writer for a software company, most of my work so far has been done in English so I consider this to be my strongpoint. I am minute and pay much attention to details (a prerequisite in my line of work), so I will most definitely apply these skills to any document that reaches me.

Is English your first language?
No, but I have been studying it from 5th grade. I also have a BA in English and French language and literature from one of the most prestigious universities in Romania (Alexandru Ioan Cuza University - you can Google it), and I have been working for 20+ years at a software company, using English.
How will I receive my project?
With the Basic package, I will provide a copy of your fully edited document. For the Standard and Premium packages, I will provide two copies: one copy will have changes marked with Track Changes, and the second copy will be a clean version of the completed document.
What is your proofreading/formatting/editing experience?
I have been working for 21+ years at a software company, creating and editing various documents
How do you handle revisions for documents?
I provide one round of revision for the Basic packages, two for Standard and three for the Premium package. Please request revisions within three days of receiving the document. Any edits or changes beyond the original scope may translate into more time and extra fees.
What do you need from my part?
1. The complete document you need me to work on. 2. Specific guidelines or preferences (style, tone etc.) 3. Areas of concern you want me to focus on. 4. Deadline for your document.
