I will turn a cellphone recording demo into a full production

Ideally I receive a very basic demo of the song (if possible) and a list of references. I like to know what to artist wants to sound like as well as what he doesn't. It's also important to be aware if the artist plays an instrument or has some unique talent to which he identifies.

This first briefing is fundamental for the job, so that at the end the artist feels represented by the track.

Then I begin creating beats, bass, guitars, synths, and effects (accordingly to the references) to create a scratch of the song. Before polishing/editing too much I send this basic version to the artist in order to see if he likes the path the production is taking.

With a confirmation to continue, I then edit, record, programm, process and arrange all of the elements of the production and send the stems for the voice recording.

Before recording the voice (or any other element that the artist will record) we'll have a conversation so I can assess the Voice Direction, in order to achieve the initial goal of the production.

Then I edit, tune (if necessary) and process the vocals.

Before consolidating stems for mixing, I'll ask the artists confirmation with a final Production bounce.
