Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. I must review the website, technology, current condition and requested changes before confirming the package.
Can you redesign any website platform?
No. Compatibility must be confirmed first. Unsupported legacy systems, platform migrations and inaccessible codebases require a separate assessment.
What do I need to provide?
The current URL, platform details, approved content, brand assets, required access, pages to redesign and confirmation that you are authorized to modify the website.
Will you preserve my URLs and SEO rankings?
The Premium package can preserve the URL structure when technically possible. Search rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Does the redesign include new features or a new backend?
No. New databases, backend systems, ecommerce and complex functionality require a custom offer.
Is legal or GDPR compliance guaranteed?
No. I can implement technical requirements validated by the client, but I do not provide legal advice or certify compliance.
Are paid tools included?
No. Licenses, plugins, subscriptions and other third-party fees remain the client’s responsibility.
Will you work directly on the live website?
Only when appropriate access, a safe backup and a rollback option are available. A staging environment is preferred.
