Can you provide the unedited raw footage?
The base packages include the final, polished, edited videos. However, if your internal marketing team wants to cut and repurpose the raw clips, you can purchase the complete Raw Footage bundle as a Gig Extra.
Do you write the video scripts, or do I provide them?
I can do both! My Standard and Premium tiers include custom scriptwriting tailored to your target audience. If you already have a strict, pre-approved script you need me to follow, just share it in our initial message.
What is your return or revision policy?
Revisions cover editing adjustments, caption changes, or music swaps. Revisions do not cover re-filming the video unless I made a mistake that deviated from our agreed-upon script or brief.
Who pays for product shipping?
