What can my AI agent actually do?
It can read your documents, use approved APIs, look up database records, prepare structured results and complete an agreed workflow. We define the inputs, outputs, allowed actions and success criteria before starting.
What is included in each package?
Basic: one local task prototype and one API tool. Standard: one agent, up to three API tools and one database. Premium: up to two agents, five API tools, one database, an approval step and deployment on one server. All include source code and agreed test cases.
Who pays for AI usage and hosting?
You pay model API usage, hosting, phone numbers and any third-party subscriptions through your own accounts. These costs are separate from development. I can estimate running costs from the expected usage before we start.
Can you build a voice agent or document assistant?
Yes. My working projects include voice assistants built with Retell AI. Document search, voice channels, telephony and knowledge bases depend on data and integrations, so message me first to confirm whether a package or custom offer fits.
What counts as one API tool or integration?
One agreed API action with a defined input and output, such as checking an order or creating a CRM lead. A service with several actions may need several tools. Undocumented APIs, reverse engineering and extensive data cleanup require a separate scope.
How do you test reliability and protect access?
We agree on test inputs and expected results: 5 cases in Basic, 10 in Standard and 15 in Premium. I check tool failures and restrict access to the agreed actions. Premium includes an approval step. AI output still needs review for consequential decisions.
Do I receive the code and ongoing support?
Yes, source code and setup documentation are included in every package. Changes address the agreed scope; new features require a separate quote. Ongoing maintenance, model changes and new integrations are quoted separately.
