What information do you need before you start?
Just send me your script, your intended use (ad, explainer, e-learning, etc.), and any tone reference you have — a similar voice, a mood, or even just a few adjectives. If you don’t have a reference, I’ll suggest one based on your project.
What microphone and equipment do you use?
I record on a Shure SM7B microphone in a professionally treated studio space. Your audio will be clean, noise-free, and broadcast-ready — no reverb, no room noise, no post-production headaches on your end.
Can you match a specific tone or style?
Absolutely. I can deliver warm and conversational, authoritative and corporate, energetic and upbeat, or calm and reassuring. Send me a reference clip or describe the feel and I’ll match it.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Basic orders include 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. Revisions cover tone, pacing, and emphasis — not script changes. If your script changes after recording, that’s treated as a new order.
What file format will I receive?
You’ll receive a high-quality WAV or MP3 file — just let me know your preference when ordering. WAV is recommended for professional editing; MP3 works perfectly for direct upload or broadcast.
Can I use the recording commercially?
Commercial rights are included in the Standard and Premium packages. If you’re on the Basic tier and need commercial use — for ads, monetized videos, or broadcast — simply add the commercial rights upgrade at checkout.
How long does delivery actually take?
Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours of receiving your final, confirmed script. If your project is longer than 600 words or has a tight deadline, message me first and I’ll confirm availability before you order.
