Can I send you CSV, TXT, or PDF files?
Yes! I’ll convert any CSV, TXT, or PDF* file into Excel, clean and format the data, then return a polished XLSX (and the original format, if you wish). *For PDF I extract tabular content only; scanned images require OCR and may need a custom quote.
My spreadsheet is larger than 50 000 rows—can you still help?
Absolutely. Please message me with the file size and a brief description of the issues. I’ll create a custom offer based on volume and complexity. (I routinely process 100 k + rows using Power Query and VBA.)
Do you also clean Google Sheets or Numbers files?
Yes. Share the Google Sheet link with edit rights (or export to Excel) and I’ll clean it, then return an updated Google Sheet or XLSX—your choice. Apple Numbers files can be exported to Excel before delivery.
Can you clean data in languages other than English?
Yes! I work with multilingual datasets (Italian, Spanish, German, French, etc.). As long as the structure is clear, I can standardise dates, numbers and text—even with non‑Latin characters (e.g. Greek, Cyrillic).
Will my formulas, pivot tables or macros be preserved?
By default I clean raw data sheets only, leaving reporting sheets (formulas, pivots, charts) intact. If formulas are broken because of dirty inputs, I’ll restore them as part of the cleaning process. VBA/macros are preserved unless you ask me to remove or optimise them.
Is my data confidential?
Absolutely. I work under strict NDA‑style confidentiality. Your file is stored securely, used only to complete the order and deleted permanently after delivery—unless you request otherwise for future updates.
