I will configure hp device manager istances for hp thin clients

About this gig
I will help you configuring the HP Device Manager administration suite for managing HP ThinPro thinclient series. Having the Thin clients centrally managed is a great way to deliver a reliable work experience and to respond fast to problems or sudden changes.
I've deployed about 20 sites, all remotely.
We will start from a basic template to show the specifics of the program.
I will provide a basic pattern to group devices, based on your sites or departments.
In more advanced packages, i will show you how to use DHCP to send specific details to thinclients based on their LAN. I will show you how to add maybe other programs or some script to configure them outside the scopes of the HPDM software.
I will primary cover the ThinPro linux OS.

FAQ
Do you need Remote Connection to the HPDM software?
No, i will preliminary ask you some information then i will write a guide(or make a video) based on what we had spoken.
Are Windows IOT based thin client covered by these packages?
I have to admin that in these years i've mainly managed the linux versions. The Windows IoT version have very special niche, but i think i can figure out the basic part of it, just contact me before buying if you have windows device.
Will you provide any software?
HPDM software is from HP inc. and can be downloaded from HP Site. I will provide some basic script if it's in the scope of the project, for example to install some additional software to the thin client Os. For example, imagine a remote connection software like AWS Nice DCV
Do you do release version upgrades?
This is a very specific task. If you want to update from HPDM 4.7 to 5 for example, or upgrade ThinOS from 7 to 8, please send me a message before. These tasks are heavy.
What Windows version should i use for HPDM suite?
I've installed the suite on different OS, from Windows Server 2016 to Windows 11. I can say that you could use Windows 11 (no 10, it will end in Oct 25) if you have less then 100 devices or if you don't have a Windows Server license.
